1. Who we are

Nonfollower Analyzer (the "Service") is operated by Ali Yasir Bayram("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to access or use the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. The Service

Nonfollower Analyzer lets you analyze publicly available Instagram account data (followers, following, fans, mutuals, non-followers) for accounts you specify. The Service uses only public data and does not require Instagram credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Send spam, harass, or stalk any person;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Attempt to introduce malware, probe, scan, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Service;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the Service;
• Resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, documentation, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by Ali Yasir Bayram or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Service Level

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Payments — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for ensuring you have the right to analyze the Instagram accounts you submit. You must comply with Instagram's terms and any applicable laws.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time if:

• You materially breach these Terms;
• Your payment fails or is reversed;
• We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a security risk;
• You repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
