1. Who we are

Nonfollower (the "Service") is operated by Ali Yasir Bayram ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms of Service. You can contact us at info@non-follower.com.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to access or use the Service you confirm that you accept and will comply with these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

3. The Service

Nonfollower lets you analyze public Instagram data (followers, following, fans, mutuals, non-followers) for the accounts you specify. The Service uses only public data and never asks for your Instagram credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal, deceptive or harmful purpose;
• Send spam, harass or stalk others;
• Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Introduce malware, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to derive our source code;
• Circumvent the Service's technical limits, resell or redistribute it.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all software, documentation, design, trademarks and content we provide belong to Ali Yasir Bayram or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Service Level

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

7. Payments — Merchant of Record

Our order processing is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. Paddle provides all customer service and refunds. Payments, billing, tax, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Also see our Refund Policy. The full report is a one-time digital service purchase for one Instagram analysis with 24-hour access to the results.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide and for having the right to analyze the Instagram accounts you submit. You must comply with Instagram's terms and applicable laws.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time if:

• You materially breach these Terms;
• Your payment fails or is refunded;
• We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a security risk;
• You repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use policy.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or reputation, is excluded. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
