This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used and shared through the Nonfollower service ("Service"), operated by Ali Yasir Bayram ("we", "us", "our"). For personal data processed through the Service, we act as the data controller. You can contact us at info@non-follower.com.

- Contact data: email address (during purchase or support requests).
- Order data: session id, the Instagram username submitted for analysis, purchase status.
- Usage and telemetry: pages viewed, actions taken, browser type, device identifiers, IP address, timestamps.
- Support communications: messages you send us.

The Service analyzes public Instagram profile data for the accounts you submit. We never collect your Instagram password or private account data.

4. Who we share data with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record for Service sales. Paddle handles payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — providers that store data and operate the Service on our behalf.
- Email delivery providers — used to deliver transactional emails.
- Analytics and error-monitoring providers — to monitor performance and diagnose issues.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) — where necessary.
- Authorities — where legally required or to protect our rights.
5. International data transfers
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
