How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

2. Reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you, or

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are usually returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
