How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you, or
3. Contact our support team and we'll help you submit the request.
